By creating an account and using the FeePal School Fee Management System, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
FeePal provides a comprehensive digital platform for educational institutions to manage fees, track installments, verify payment vouchers using OCR technology, and send automated SMS/Email alerts to parents.
Schools are required to register an administrative account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Our system features role-based access control to help you secure sensitive financial data, but you must take appropriate steps to manage your authorized users.
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes (i.e., legitimate school fee management). You shall not use FeePal for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to transmit harmful code.
Access to certain features of FeePal may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to our users.
FeePal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including issues related to delayed SMS alerts or OCR misidentifications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
